- Our turnbuckle style lowering link will adjust the rear of the bike infinitely between stock height and a 4 inch drop (1 to 4 inch drop on F4 and F4i). No need to remove the link from the bike. Simply loosen the nuts and rotate the center hex body. Never again will you need to remove bolts and find a way to hold the bike up while you are doing it! The body is gold zinc plated steel or stainless steel, NOT aluminum. The ends have a 1/2" thread and are zinc plated steel for strength and corrosion resistance. There are also 4 inserts that make up the difference in the diameter and length of the stock bearing setup. THIS IS A DIRECT BOLT-ON ITEM! The ball bearing is hardened steel with a Teflon race.
